The bark a dark peppery and crusty stair that has good bite without being burnt or bitter the Smoke Ring distinct vibrant pink smoke ring just under the surface showing clean smoke flavor the tenderness the slice bends over your finger without breaking and melting your mouth a classic pull apart test accusiness rendered fat and moisture especially in the leaner flat cut without needing extra sauce the balance a rich beefy flavor and has simply by coarse black pepper and kosher salt . Brisket in Arizona my opinion

Mac N Cheese
My son loves this Mac & Cheese! We've ordered it a few times and it's one dish he always finishes.
BLT
My husband wanted to try Dad's Backyard Grill for his birthday and I'm so glad we did! My husband and daughter had a burger and they said they were delicious. I had the BLT w/ avocado and it was THE BEST BLT I have ever had. The place is decorated so cute and has every game you can think of. Our family has a great time. Can't wait to go back!!
Brisket Sandwich
The sandwich was good. Very messy, the bun got soggy fast, so everything was falling out. The brisket portions was an excellent amount. Looks like the picture.
BBQ Cowboy Burger review by Savanah
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! Best burger we have had in A LONG TIME!! (Cowboy BBQ burger) The chili cheese fries were incredible & the smokiness of the pulled pork sandwich was fantastic! The kids were able to play games while we waited and the staff was so friendly. My family and I will absolutely be back!! It's our new favorite spot!

The sandwich was good. The portion is large, just like you see in the picture and not spicy but just enough flavor.
